bcasino reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.
Accepted Philippine IDs: Passport, Driver's License, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, Postal ID, and Philippine National ID (PhilSys) are all accepted for KYC verification purposes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bcasino login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
bcasino will never ask for your password or 2FA codes through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or SMS. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
